Why the ABC’s?


In 2017, I wrote a series through the year here on Word Press called “New You in 52”. In that series, each week I promoted a lifestyle change rotating between mind, body and soul as topics. In 2018, I decided to take a year off from writing weekly posts and work on my book that will be thankfully coming to completion and ready for publishers sometime this year. However despite finishing that project this year, I wanted to write something regularly for myself and those who are interested in reading.

So in 2019, I am going to create the ABC’s for a successful, mindful year. This year my focus is keeping it simple and what better way than revisiting the basics? The ABC’s to me are basic building blocks everyone can relate to.

Please feel free to join me each week as I reflect and write based on my word for the week. I wish you a blessed and abundant year ahead as I am already thankful for it. Now, go out and create it!
