This article is going to go the route of explaining the importance of drinking water for health as much as it is going to explain that we are water, as is our world. One of the most impactful things that I have learned while in chiropractic school is the power of water as well as the power we have as human beings in being water. I was introduced to this concept through a few documentaries that sparked my curiosity for further research. The main documentary was “What the Bleep Do We Know Anyways?!”. In that documentary, it demonstrates how many of us have self-limiting thoughts, talk down to ourselves and can be our own worst friend. These thoughts, feelings and continued patterns keep re-creating us to be exactly what we are telling ourselves and then we wonder why we feel so helpless. We are giving our power away to ourselves!
Then the documentary shifts to share an experiment by Japanese researcher, Masaru Emoto. I have mentioned it in past blogs written this year, either way, his information is astounding! He took water molecules from different sources and performed energetic experiments in different ways with water from the same source. Before doing this experiment, he looked at these water molecules under a high power microscope and noted what he saw. Then on some samples, he played different music. On other water samples, he wrote messages. On other water samples, people prayed. Many different experiments were done to see if there was an impact on human thought, prayer, ideas, and intentions. The following is taken from the documentary mentioned above’s webpage at https://whatthebleep.com/water-crystals/.
“Essentially, Dr. Emoto captured water’s ‘expressions.’ He developed a technique using a very powerful microscope in a very cold room along with high-speed photography, to photograph newly formed crystals of frozen water samples. Not all water samples crystallize however. Water samples from extremely polluted rivers directly seem to express the ‘state’ the water is in.
Dr. Masaru Emoto discovered that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward them. He found that water from clear springs and water that has been exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns. In contrast, polluted water, or water exposed to negative thoughts, forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors.”
Here are perfect examples of what Dr. Emoto found with his experiments and what was just described:
While the picture above demonstrates the vibration of emotions and even people, the picture below is showing the impact music can have on water molecules! This is very impactful for me because I am a lover of music. Almost all music now, but especially in the past, I loved harder music the most. Today, I pay attention to this and I am mindful on the impact that music can have on me. Never in my life did I think I would listen to Christian rock or less hard rock than I do, but I understand the impact it has not only mentally, but literally within me and what becomes me!
How could music and thoughts become my body?! This documentary also goes on to explain how we are comprised of 60-70% water molecules. With this being the case, the water molecules that make up our organs, body tissues, blood, skin and more are all affected by the same things as these water molecules. Therefore, we have way more power in our life than we are aware and especially that we give ourselves credit for. Plus, you have to love it when great, brilliant minds understand the impact of such an experiment:
“Half of the earth is water; our body is three-quarters water. Water represents the interface between the 4th dimension in which we live and the 5th-dimensional sphere of our soul. Many studies have shown subtle effects of healers upon hydrogen bonding and infrared absorption of water. None of these scientific studies can compare with the beauty and clear messages shown by Dr. Emoto’s elegant work. The impact of thought and beauty has never before been demonstrated so well.”

Through these experiments, it was demonstrated that thought, prayer, intention, vibration and all things associated really do matter! In the documentary, it shows how talking down to ourselves is detrimental to our body as well as our way of life. Telling ourselves negative things can never bring about positive things, yet somehow many of us expect it to work that way. Realizing the pattern is part of it. Breaking it is the other! For me, once I learned about these experiments and then as I am reminded of them, it becomes easier to practice positive self-talk and visualization as I see the elegant crystals that I can create myself to be… if I so choose.
So choose. Choose to see the greatness in yourself. You can create yourself to be an elegant water crystal resembling the most unique snowflake possible… or you can create yourself to be toxic sludge like slime that just blends with other goo. It is up to you! If we can’t start with changing this within ourselves, then we will not be able to change the rest of the water in the world. The can still change the waters that are polluted. We can, through our consciousness, even change the water molecules in other living beings and things like plants & trees. The possibility is endless with intention if you really think about it. Especially considering we, the world and the almost everything we are encompassed and surrounded by is water. That is the power of water!! Learn that power. Understand that power. Know that power and live that power!
Can you imagine the power of polluted water when prayed upon by not just one or hundreds, but millions to billions?! Everything in the world could shift to better greatness in a flash and with hardly any effort just by grasping this basic idea of accepting and being the best version of ourselves! It really is that easy and it really starts with you! It can’t start with him or her, because you and I cannot control him or her. But I can choose for me, as you can choose for you. And so it begins… if you choose. 😉
Another different perspective that I would like to offer is that on the judgment of others in the area of differing religions. I learned about this perspective through Dr. Emoto’s experiments as well. I always had an innate inclination that religions in originality are pure, beautiful, love, light and most importantly… all God. When I found this picture, I was awestruck. I didn’t need any other proof. This was my confirmation of the purity that can exist and especially does if we choose to not sit in judgment of others.
As you can see, they all have their own uniqueness. One may prefer one water crystal compared to another, however, neither are wrong as to the one that is most beautiful. They all demonstrate the beauty within and that magic of our world. They all show slightly different outer crystals as well as different centers. Some repeat similar patterns and overall brightness, yet they are all related. They are all a different example of God.
One thing that I do notice as well is that the core of Christianity is filled in. It is brighter than the others in ways as well. Do I think that this means that Christianity is better than the rest of them? Maybe I should more so lean that way since that was how I was raised and what I am also part of and surrounded by, however, I don’t think that way. To me, I see what I already explained. I see things in the other crystals that I think are more catching to my eye than that of the Christianity water crystal, but I believe the intention is everything. All of those belief systems were created with the original idea of goodness and betterment of the self & soul. What has happened from man’s distortions of original purity is what the world is fighting over today. Once again, we can choose. Each and every one of us!
So what crystal do you want to be? Do you want to be sickness or the fool?! Or do you want to be gratitude or love?! I choose the beauty in life and I hope you do too!
